I am making this for a crowd. How long do I cook if making 15 chops? I’ll cook to right temp but I have no idea how long I should plan. Thoughts?
Heidi says
Hi Amy ~ I honestly don’t recommend stacking chops in the crockpot because it will drastically slow down cook time and they’ll cook unevenly. I recommend cooking them in one single layer, so if possible I would use multiple crockpots if you have more than one available. Hope that helps! 🙂
