Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops {approx. 4 chops}
14.5
ounce
can Swanson Chicken Broth
1/2
cup
of
Butter
softened
1/2
cup
real Mayonnaise
6
Garlic Cloves
finely minced
1/2
cup
shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4
teaspoon
Oregano
1/4
teaspoon
Basil
1/2
teaspoon
fresh squeezed Lemon Juice {optional}
pinch
of Salt {optional}
Instructions
Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot.
Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
In medium bowl, combine Butter, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Parmesan, Oregano, Basil, and optional Lemon Juice and Salt.
Spoon sauce mixture over Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done.
Serve topped with grated Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!!
