These marvelously scrumptious Italian Pork Chops are smothered in a rich and creamy homemade sauce that delivers BIG time flavor! With just 5 minutes of prep, dinner will be SO easy tonight!
1.5poundsBoneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops (approx. 4 chops)
1 1/2teaspoonsItalian Seasoning
10 1/2ouncesCampbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
14.5ouncesChicken Broth (1 can)
1/2teaspoonGarlic Powder
1/2teaspoonOnion Powder
1/8teaspoonBlack Pepper
1/2teaspoonSugar
Instructions
Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot
In medium bowl, mix together Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pepper and Sugar.
Add Campbell’s soup to medium bowl and combine thoroughly.
Pour mixture over Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
