It’s actually so EASY to make Tomato Alfredo Chicken in your slow cooker!

Here’s what you’ll do…

1. Cook your chicken in your crockpot, and then drain and discard the juices.

2. Mix up your sauce in a mixing bowl, then pour the sauce over your chicken and continue cooking.

Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, fresh or thawed
  • 15 oz. Classico Alfredo Sauce, 1 full jar
  • 1 cup Classico Tomato Basil Sauce, (use 1 cup from a 24 oz. or larger jar)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 large sliced Tomato, (optional)
  • 4 Fresh Basil Leaves, (optional)

Instructions 

  • Place 4 Chicken Breast in Crock Pot, and Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours, or until done.
  • After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
  • In medium mixing bowl, combine Tomato Basil Sauce, Alfredo Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Paprika... and stir well until combined.
  • Pour Tomato Alfredo Sauce over chicken, then Cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes (covered), or until done.
  • Serve topped with a fresh Basil leaf and a slice of Tomato.
  • Optional: Serve with a side of Pasta. Enjoy!
