Ingredients 

  • 3 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, fresh or thawed.
  • 16 oz. Penne Noodles, 1 box cooked al dente
  • 16 oz. Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce (1 jar) – 2 cups or 480 mL
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Basil

Instructions 

  • Place chicken in Crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours (covered)
  • After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
  • In small mixing bowl, combine Tomato & Basil Sauce, minced Garlic, Onion Powder, Oregano, Basil, and Rosemary and stir well.
  • Pour sauce mixture over chicken, sprinkle with Mozzarella, Cover with lid, and Cook for 30 more minutes on HIGH, or until done.
  • While chicken is finishing cooking prepare the Pasta, cooked al dente, then serve each chicken breast with a side of hot pasta. ENJOY!!
