Chicken Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, fresh or thawed
- 2 tbsp Butter, softened
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 ounce can)
- 1 packet Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix (0.6 ounce packet)
- 1 cup Frozen Chopped Onions (measure 1 cup, then thaw)
- 1 jar Mushroom Pieces, drained (approx. 4 ounce jar)
- 16 ounces Bowtie Pasta
Instructions
- Place chicken in crockpot, cover, and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
- After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, retain 1/2 cup of juices and set aside. Then discard remaining juices from crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, mix together Butter, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Cream of Chicken Soup, Italian Dressing Mix, Onions, Mushrooms and retained Juices.
- Pour mixture over chicken, cover crockpot, and cook on high for 30 minutes or until done.
- Cook Bowtie Pasta per instructions on the box.
- Once chicken is done, serve over your fresh cooked pasta and Enjoy!!
