They did the same thing with my mini Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders, tropical Hawaiian Burgers, and Fritos infused Ranch Dressing Burger Recipe!

Seriously, when my boys really like something, they are not shy about letting me know.

Especially when wildly delicious burgers are involved!

So do yourself a favor and find out what all the fuss is about.

How To Store

One of my favorite Easy Meal Prep Dinner Ideas is to freeze these bbq burger patties for later. To do so, simply take your wax paper stacked burger patties and carefully place them in a gallon sized freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible, then store them in the freezer for 1-2 months.

When you’re ready to use them, just remove as many frozen burger patties as you need and allow them to thaw in the refrigerator overnight before grilling.

Having some of these frozen bbq burgers on hand is especially handy if you’re planning an RV or camping trip. They are seriously one of the tastiest RV Recipes and Camping Food Ideas EVER!!

Best Sides for BBQ Burgers

One of my favorite Grilling Menu Ideas is to serve up this bbq cheese burger with some of my tasty Easy Coleslaw Recipe and flavor-packed BBQ Baked Beans.

Then… to send the dinner into an indulgent overload, I like to add a hefty serving of my Bacon Mac and Cheese, before finishing with a slice of my Old-Fashioned Blueberry Pie Recipe topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

This my friends creates nothing short of an outrageous bbq burger feast!

Hi there. Will this come out too moist if I use ground chuck ?
    Thanks

    1. Heidi says:

      Hi Sean,

You really can use any cut of ground beef with this recipe, but I do recommend a leaner cut if possible. Keep in mind that different cuts of ground beef may alter the flavors and you may also need to adjust the cook time.

      Hope you enjoy this recipe!

  2. Delf says:

Really good recipe! Perfectly good instructions for the cooking part as well! I’m not used to cooking on a BBQ and it was really helpful.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have any liquid smoke at home so I did without, but I will get myself some and I will try it.
Plus I am not sure if I used onion or garlic powder. All the same, it was delicious!!!

    1. Heidi Miller says:

I’m so glad you enjoyed the burgers!

  3. John says:

Thanks for sharing this. It’s always fun to see what ingredients go into giving a burger its taste, and it looks like the brown sugar, chili powder, and liquid hickory smoke are the keys to what seems like a really good burger.

    1. Heidi says:

      You’re very welcome, John… ENJOY!
