Taco Dip

This quick and easy Taco Dip is the chip dipping sensation you've been looking for! You'll find yourself uncontrollably dunking chip after glorious crunchy chip into this cheesy dip! Just 4 simple ingredients and your flavor fiesta awaits!

Ingredients 

  • 16 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 15 oz. Hormel No Beans Chili
  • 1 oz. packet Taco Seasoning or 3tbsp. Homemade Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk for thinning, or more if desired
  • Optional: Sliced Green Onions for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat 10 inch Cast Iron Skillet over Low.
  • Once heated, pour Chili into skillet, sprinkle with Taco Seasoning, and top with cubed Velveeta Cheese.
  • Stir continually with wooden spoon or spatula, until well combined and cheese has completely melted (approx. 10 minutes).
  • Now stir in 1/4 cup Milk until well combined. If you'd like a thinner mixture, add additional Milk 1 tbsp. at a time to thin it down until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Once cheese has completely melted and millk has been stirred in, top with optional Green Onions, and serve immediately straight from the skillet with Tortilla Chips for dipping. ENJOY!
