No tortilla chip is complete without some Crockpot Queso! Honest and truly… they’re the perfect match!
What You’ll Need:
- 16 oz. of Velveeta cheese, cubed {I used half of the 32 oz. block}
- 1 cup Easy Homemade Simply Salsa
- Mini Crockpot {or use a larger crockpot set to ‘Low’}
First, make up some Simply Salsa! {oh yum!} Get my Easy Homemade Salsa Recipe here!
Then, slice, cut or cube the cheese {it will melt faster in smaller pieces}…
Add cheese to mini crockpot…
Then add 1 cup of Simply Salsa…
Cover, and cook for approximately 1 hour, or until melted… stirring occasionally.
Let’s take a peek… ooh ~ all done!
Seriously ~ that’s it! Does it get any easier?? I think not… it’s a perfect addition to your Taco Tuesdays, and a definite party pleaser!
