Melt butter in a 10 – 12″ skillet over medium-high heat.
Then add flour to skillet, stirring constantly until combined with the butter. Immediately after that, begin to whisk in beef broth 1/4 cup at a time, whisking continually.
After all beef broth has been added, continue whisking as you add in the Milk, Beef Bouillon, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper.
Whisk for a few more minutes as the gravy thickens, then serve and ENJOY!
