How Do You Make Peach Cobbler?

It’s easier than you might think!

You’ll just need a casserole dish, a box of cake mix, peach pie filling, whipped cream cheese, and butter!

Here’s what you’ll do…

Cheesecake Peach Cobbler Ingredients

You’ll just need 4 simple ingredients to make the BEST Peach Cobbler with Cream Cheese!

Check your cupboards or pantry, or add the following to your next grocery list, so you’ve got everything on hand…

  • Butter Yellow Cake Mix
  • Peach Pie Filling
  • Butter
  • Whipped Cream Cheese

As far as the Cake Mix goes, if you’re unable to find Butter Yellow, you can just substitute Yellow.

For the Peach Pie Filling, you can use canned or homemade… the choice is yours.

And when it comes to butter, I like using salted butter, but unsalted will work just fine, too.

How to Make Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix

It’s actually SO easy to make a Peach Cobbler with Cream Cheese and Cake Mix.

Start by spraying your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Then add the Peach Pie Filling to the dish.

Top the peach pie filling with dollops of cream cheese.

Then mix the cake mix and melted butter together to create your delightful crumble.

Sprinkle the crumble topping over cream cheese / pie filling in your 9×13 baking dish.

Then cook your dump cake per the instructions in the below recipe card.

Once your dreamy dump cake is done, take it to the next level when you serve it with Ice Cream or Whip Cream!

Peaches and Cream Cobbler Recipe

With sweet peaches and a savory butter-crumble topping, this easy Peaches and Cream Cobbler is pretty irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 13.25 oz Betty Crocker Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix box
  • 42 oz Peach Pie Filling (use two cans 21 oz. each, OR use homemade Peach Pie Filling)
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 8 tbsp Butter, melted (1/2 cup or 1 stick)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray inside of glass or ceramic 9×13 Casserole Dish with non-stick cooking spray
  • Empty cans of Peach Pie Filling into bottom of baking dish, and spread out evenly.
  • Scoop dollops of Cream Cheese on top and spread out over Peach Pie Filling.
  • In medium mixing bowl, combine dry Cake Mix and melted Butter, and stir until crumbly. (Break up any large chunks into small crumbles with spoon.)
  • Pour cake/butter crumble mixture over peach/cream cheese layer in baking dish, and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until sides are hot and bubbly.
  • Top with Whip Cream or a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream. ENJOY!!
