You’ll also need a 5 – 6 quart Crock Pot to get the job done.

How to Make Crockpot Garlic Cheddar Chicken
It’s actually SO easy to make this delicious crockpot chicken dinner.
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Cook your chicken in your crockpot, and then drain and discard the juices.
2. Mix up your sauce in a mixing bowl, then pour the sauce over your chicken and continue cooking.
3. Once done, top your chicken with fresh sliced green onions as a delicious garnish.

Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed or fresh
- 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 8 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- Optional: Sliced Green Onions for Garnish
Instructions
- Add Chicken to Crock Pot.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours (covered).
- After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
- In small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup Cheddar, Parmesan, Butter, Sour Cream, Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and stir well.
- Pour mixture over Chicken, then top with final 1/2 cup of Cheddar.
- Cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or until done.
- Optional: Garnish with green onions and Enjoy!!
