This easy, creamy Garlic Chicken delivers all the rich decadence you've been craving in one cozy dinner! Packed with protein, smothered in a garlic cream sauce, and topped with piles of cheese, this is the ultimate weeknight meal! Just a few simple ingredients, and your crockpot will take over!
3poundsBoneless Skinless Chicken Breaststhawed or fresh
1cupshredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4cupshredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2cupButtersoftened
3/4cupSour Cream
8Garlic Clovesfinely minced
1/2teaspoonOregano
1/4teaspoonSalt
1/8teaspoonPepper
Optional: Sliced Green Onions for Garnish
Instructions
Add Chicken to Crock Pot.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours (covered).
After 3 hours on HIGH or 6 hours on LOW, drain juices from Crock Pot.
In small mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup Cheddar, Parmesan, Butter, Sour Cream, Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and stir well.
Pour mixture over Chicken, then top with final 1/2 cup of Cheddar.
Cover, and cook on HIGH for 30 more minutes, or until done.
Optional: Garnish with green onions and Enjoy!!
