I don’t understand what you mean by water variety. I feel dumb..
Hi Nadine… that’s a great question! When shopping for boxed Angel Food Cake Mixes, there are often two different varieties. One that requires just water added when making the cake, and others that require additional ingredients. You’ll want to flip the box over and look at the instructions on the back, and find one that requires only water to be used when baking the cake. The Betty Crocker brand is what I always use. This will ensure your angel food cake mix has the proper ingredients in it when making this dessert. Hope that helps! 🙂
Would you sprinkle pumpkin spice, nutmeg, or cinnamon on top of the whipped cream? Making it today for my family.
Hi Bonnie… I typically sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the whipped cream, but pumpkin pie spice would be delicious, too! 🙂
Will this recipe work as cupcakes?
I honestly haven’t tried it in the form of cupcakes yet, Madison… but if you do, let me know how they turn out!
I can’t wait to try this! It looks so good!
Thanks, Dennis… you will love it!
