I’ve been wildly in love with strawberries since my childhood.  I’m pretty sure it had something to do with the fact that I grew up surrounded by Strawberry Farms, and had a small town Strawberry Festival every year. 🙂  YUM!

Whether or not you have a secret addiction to Strawberries, you’re about to fall madly in love with this Strawberry Dump Cake Recipe!

It’s ridiculously simple to make and super delicious!

Who said dessert needs to be complicated?

It’s always a crowd-pleaser at parties, too!

Trust me… this delicious treat will have your friends and family begging for seconds.

Just be sure to have some whip cream and vanilla ice cream on hand to pair it with.  That will send it over the top!

Strawberry Dump Cake Ingredients

It takes just a few simple ingredients to make the BEST Strawberry Dump Cake with Cake Mix!

Here’s what you’ll need…

• White Cake Mix – Vanilla Cake Mix can be substituted
• Strawberry Pie Filling – cans or homemade
• Butter – I like to use salted butter, but unsalted will work just fine, too

Slow Cooker Strawberry Dump Cake – swap the 9×13 dish for a Crock Pot

Strawberry Angel Food Dump Cake – skip the butter, and swap the cake mix for Angel Food

Strawberry Lemonade Dump Cake – swap the White Cake Mix for Lemon Cake Mix

How to Make Strawberry Dump Cake

So you won’t believe how easy this delicious dessert is to make!

Here’s what you’ll do…

Preheat your oven.

Spray the inside of your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread your strawberry pie filling out evenly in your baking dish.

Then in a large bowl, combine your cake mix powder with melted butter.  Stir until you reach a crumbly consistency.

Sprinkle your buttery cake mix crumbles over the top of your pie filling.

Then bake for about 30 minutes, or until the sides are hot and bubbly.

Serve with whip cream and/or vanilla ice cream.

Then just sit back, relax, and enjoy the compliments!
