I was wondering”” Has anyone frozen these cookies? If so please let me know the results. If you would recommend freezing. I want to make other cake mix cookies that you have recommended along with these. I have a small family and the cookies would not be eaten quickly so I would like to freeze to save for later.
Heidi says
Hi Karen ~ in my experience, cake mix cookies made without powdered sugar freeze the best. For example… this Strawberry White Chocolate cookie freezes well:

Just follow the instructions for freezing here:

Hope that helps! 🙂

these are so easy and really on the exclamation point I did notice that I had to cook them a little longer than 7 minutes, and I needed more than a tablespoon to make a decent size cookie. But I absolutely love them so thank you!
