    5 stars
Just made the Sweet Hawaiian crockpot chicken. Turned out fantastic. Will make it again. I added a chopped green pepper to the mix. I had two 8 oz cans of chopped pineapple so added it with all the juices. So easy to throw together then minute rice to pour over. works best as a “bowl”

    1. Heidi says:

I am so glad you enjoyed it. Adding the chopped green pepper sounds amazing, and that was smart to make the two 8 oz cans of pineapple work!

  2. Linda Davis says:

Could I use boneless chicken thighs instead of the breast?

    1. Heidi says:

I haven’t made it this way myself, but if you try it, please let me know how it turns out!

  3. Kirsta Black says:

I was just wondering where you found the BBQ sauce? I’ve tried looking so far at WinCo and Smith’s, but neither place carries the Hawaiian BBQ.

    1. Heidi says:

Hi Kirsta ~ I found the sauce at Walmart. Hope that helps!!

I love all your recipes! So much easier to cook with less ingredients. And cook times are awesome when i have a toddler and 3 month old at home. I have a question, if i were to cook a few of these recipes and freeze them, what would be the cook time? I am going camping this summer and cooking ahead would save us money for dinner. Thank you!
