Il panino al salmone è il mio pranzo preferito!
What a nice change up from regular o’tuna fish. I love you added veggies too.
I love finding new ways to sneak more veggies into lunch!
We used canned wild salmon for another recipe recently, and it turned out really well. What a great way to put a spin on the classic tuna fish sandwich! And I bet this tasted even better the next day once the flavors had a chance to meld together. Yum!
Allowing the flavors more time to marinate does make it even better!
Making salmon instead of tuna is brilliant – healthy omega-3 fatty acids! The addition of carrots gives it that little extra crunch and pop of color.
It really does pack one terrific nutritious punch!
