Butter or Cinnamon Honey Butter for topping (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
Scrub, Wash, and thoroughly Dry Sweet Potatoes.
Poke potatoes with a fork several times.
Wrap ‘em up in Aluminum Foil, then wrap again in foil. (That’s right ~ these deserve a double wrap!)
Place in Crockpot and cover with Crockpot Lid.
Rotate and Turn occasionally
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours (or LOW for approx. 8 hours)… larger potatoes will take longer to cook… just make sure not to overcook.
Once they’re done, enjoy them as you love to eat them. For me that includes some butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows! (You can even pop them in the over for a few minutes to let those delicious marshmallows start bubbling up… YUM!)
