I adore sweet potato fries but I have to admit I buy them frozen and then pop them in the air fryer! I’ve never tried cooking a whole sweet potato – we don’t have an instant pot but I’m guessing a quick blast in the microwave followed by some time the air fryer for crispy skins would work just as well – yum!
