Do you see where this is going? I got to thinking… just what exactly would happen if I combined two of my favorite things… chocolate cake and Vanilla Yoplait? Well… you’re about to find out! Warning: It’s over-the-top divine!!
Swapping out the oil for Yoplait Greek 100 Vanilla Yogurt in your cake is a genius little trick that results in a healthier cake that’s ridiculously delicious! You NEED to try this. Are you ready for the recipe?
First things first… it was off to Walmart I went to pick up some Yoplait Greek 100 Vanilla Yogurt…
Then… it was time to create a decadent little masterpiece in the kitchen!
Skinny Chocolate Cake Recipe
Skinny Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 oz. Chocolate Cake Mix {1 box}
- 1/2 cup Yoplait Greek 100 Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Water
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. Low-Fat Whipped Topping or Sugar-Free Frosting
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Curls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together Cake Mix, Water, Yoplait Greek 100 Vanilla Yogurt, and Eggs until well combined.
- Spray 9×13 Nonstick Cake Pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray, and pour batter into it.
- Bake for approx. 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool completely, then frost with a layer of Low-Fat Whipped Topping or Sugar-Free Frosting to keep it ‘Skinny’.
- Top each piece with Chocolate Curls for a pretty added touch.
