Do you know if this would work for gluten free mixes?
I haven’t actually tried it that way, Susan… but if you do, let me know how it turns out. I’d love to hear!
Thank you. This was a nice easy recipe. It makes a little cake the size of a cupcake and is handy size. Make as needed and no cake going stale (yeah right). I used Dublin Hines cake mixes instead of Betty Crocker and sifted everything a few times and it fit nicely into a 1/2 gallon jar. I dated and wrote the directions on the lid.
I’m so glad you liked it, Linda! I just love how it’s handy any time you have a little cake craving… and in such a fun portion control size! 🙂
