Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Whisk together the Lemon Cake Mix and Angel Food Cake Mix to make your Mug Cake Mix.
2. Then add your mix and water to mug.
3. Stir well, to make sure everything is well combined..
4. Then microwave and allow to cool.
5. Finally, top it off with some Whip Cream if desired & ENJOY!

Lemon Mug Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix box (‘Just Add Water’ variety)
- 13.25 oz. Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix box
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together Angel Food Cake Mix and Lemon Cake Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mix to mason jars for easy storage. (you can use THREE 16 oz. mason jars, or ONE 32 oz. mason jar + ONE 16 oz. mason jar)
- When the craving for cake sets in, grab a microwave safe mug and add 3 tbsp. Cake Mix, 2 tbsp. Water, and stir well.
- Microwave for 1 minute, or until done.
- Top with some whip cream and ENJOY!
