Who said you can’t enjoy a delicious piece of Cake straight from the Crockpot??

That’s right ~ this Crockpot Lemon Burst Cake is so delicious!



 

Crockpot Lemon Burst Cake Recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix {15.25 oz.}
  • ½ cup Applesauce
  • 1⅓ cup Water
  • 3 Eggs
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Beat cake mix, apple sauce, water and eggs together for 1 minute with mixer.
  2. Spray inside of Crockpot with Pam Cooking Spray.
  3. Pour mixture into Crockpot and cover.
  4. Cook on high for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until done.
  5. Once the cake was done, I just carefully cut pieces directly out from the Crockpot.
  6. Stir in 1 tsp. Lemon Juice into Cream Cheese Frosting, and frost after you’ve dished up your piece for an extra little boost of lemon zing! 😉
