If you’re looking for a tasty potato side dish to your dinner… you’ll love this Greek Fries Recipe!

I was at one of our favorite Greek restaurants, and ordered some Greek Fries with my pita.  After I ordered them, I thought wait… what ARE Greek Fries?!?  So I asked the waitress, and she said it’s simple… just french fries topped with lemon juice, feta cheese, and oregano.  Um… YUM!

Greek Fries are such a simple potato dish… and SO yummy!

What You’ll Need:

  • French Fries {I used Ore-Ida Fries this time, but you could also make some Homemade Potato Wedges!}
  • 1/8 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 Lemon
  • Oregano

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare french fries, then once they’ve cooled a bit, it’s time for this delicious topping!
  • Place french fries on plate, then squeeze lemon juice over the fries.  I used 1/2 of a lemon, but it just depends on your tastebuds. ;)
  • Then sprinkle Feta Cheese over fries, and top with several sprinkles of Oregano.
  • Serve… and enjoy your Greek Fries!  Yummy!!

    These sound delish! I bet you could use zucchini instead of potatoes for a healthier version! Thanks for the great recipe!

    Oh my gosh, I love these. Had them at Niko Gyros in Washington state, just outside of Seattle. We make them at home a lot.

    I don’t like lemon at all so I use a little bit of olive oil instead and also add minced garlic! So yummy
