Easy Guacamole Dip Recipe

If you’re on the hunt for an Easy Guacamole Dip Recipe, I’ve got the tastiest recipe to share with you!

This recipe comes straight from Holly’s new Trim & Terrific Cookbook!  Holly is as sweet as can be, and when chatting with her the other day she was so excited to hear I’d be sharing this recipe right here for you to enjoy, too!
What You’ll Need:

  • 1 large avocado ~ peeled, pitted and mashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
Let’s get started!  Mash the avocado in small bowl…
Then season with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, and lemon juice…

Cover with yogurt to keep the mixture from darkening.

If you’re not ready to serve quite yet… refrigerate until serving.

Just before serving, stir well.

There you go ~ easy and delicious!!  Now dig in… and enjoy!

At our house, this gets gobbled up so fast, so I often double the recipe.

It’s great served with tortilla chips, and we also love it as a topping on our burgers or tacos!  {oh yum!}

    I am just starting out learning how to freeze stuff and I was wondering how I could freeze this in individual servings?
