- Mayo
- Garlic
- Celery

- Chop veggies
- Drain salmon
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Chill in refrigerator
- Serve & ENJOY!
How Long Does Salmon Salad Last in Fridge?
Cold salmon salad leftovers store very well in the fridge! If you’ve got leftovers, simply transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 – 4 days.
Salmon Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cans Boneless Skinless Pink Salmon drained {5 oz. each}
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Green Onions chopped
- 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/4 cup Celery finely diced
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 3/4 tsp. Dried Dill
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions
- In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until combined.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and transfer to refrigerator for at least 1 hour, allowing flavors to marinate.
- When ready to serve, build a sandwich using rustic sourdough bread, toasted multigrain bread, or your favorite bun, and ENJOY!
- Storage Tip: If you've got leftovers, simply transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 – 4 days.

Salmon salad is delicious.. My recipe is very close to yours; the only difference is I add a chopped apple. Love your beautiful salad colors. I hadn’t thought of using green onions but it’s perfect. That green makes it looks so yummy.
