Give your pasta a tasty makeover with this delicious Crockpot Pepper Jack Tomato Pasta Sauce Recipe!



It’s packed with flavor and SO yummy!  Go grab your Slow Cooker, and just trust me… you’ve got to try this one! 😉

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Campbell’s Tomato Soup, Family Size {26 oz.}
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes {approx. 14.5 oz.}
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 8 oz. Pepperjack Cheese {shredded}
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese {cubed}
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • Crockpot

Instructions:

  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to crockpot and stir.
  3. Cook on High for 3 – 3.5 hours, or until done, stirring occasionally.

Once it’s done, simply scoop out and pour over some freshly cooked pasta and ENJOY!  It’s bursting with flavor and so delicious!!

If you’ve got extra leftovers, just pour into a freezer-safe Ziploc bag and freeze for later!

    I made this last week and it’s AMAZING! Served it over home made meatballs. Definitely shred the cheese! I cut mine into small chunks and it took a lot longer to melt/blend in and a lot of stirring! Will be making this again soon! =)
