Nothing beats the deliciousness of a Crockpot BBQ Dinner, and this Crockpot Onion Smacked BBQ Chicken is a family favorite!  It’s crazy good!!

What You’ll Need:

  • 4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce {18 oz.}
  • French Fried Onions
  • Crockpot

What You’ll Do:

  • Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3 hours {covered}
  • After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot
  • Pour entire bottle of Barbecue sauce over the chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}, or until done.
  • Transfer to dinner plates, and top with a generous serving of French Fried Onions for some power-packed flavor and added crunch!  {oh YUM!}
