- Roma Plum Tomatoes – The perfect dense, low moisture tomato for salsa.
- White Onion – Infuses sassy onion goodness into your salsa.
- Cilantro – To keep cilantro fresh longer, store in a glass half filled with water, cover with a produce bag with a rubber band fastened around the glass, and store in fridge, changing water daily.
- Jalapeño Pepper – Don’t forget to wear disposable gloves when chopping. 🙂

Like all of my Easy Dip Recipes, it’s actually SO simple to make this salsa recipe with fresh tomatoes!
Here’s what you’ll do…
1. Clean your produce using my simple Vinegar Vegetable Wash.
2. Then chop your ingredients per the instructions in the recipe card below.
3. Squeeze your lime for fresh lime juice.

4. Then, combine your ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir well to combine.
5. Even though it’s hard not to dig in right away, you want to allow your pico to chill in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld and marinate together.

6. After chilling, your el pico de gallo will be ready to… devour!!

Pico de Gallo Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 Roma Plum Tomatoes, (diced)
- 2 cups White Onion, (finely chopped)
- 1 cup Cilantro , (chopped, or 1/2 cup Dried Cilantro)
- 1/2 Jalapeño Pepper , (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice, (fresh squeezed)
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.

- Clean your fruits and veggies using my simple Vinegar Vegetable Wash.
- Then prepare your Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Pepper and Lime.

- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly.
- Cover and transfer to refrigerator, allowing salsa to marinate in fridge for 1 -2 hours before serving. Then devour and ENJOY!!

- For a smaller serving, recipe can easily be cut in half.
