Pico de Gallo Recipe
This authentic Mexican Pico de Gallo Recipe is nacho average dip! It's the bright and vibrant fresh salsa that will spice up your life! Who knew it was so EASY to make your favorite Chipotle dip at home?!? Just 6 ingredients and you're done!

Ingredients

Roma Plum Tomatoes
(diced)

White Onion
(finely chopped)

Cilantro
(chopped, or 1/2 cup Dried Cilantro)

Jalapeño Pepper
(finely chopped)

Lime Juice
(fresh squeezed)

Sea Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly.
Cover and transfer to refrigerator, allowing salsa to marinate in fridge for 1 -2 hours before serving.
Then devour and ENJOY!!
Storage Tip:
Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Notes
For a smaller serving, recipe can easily be cut in half.
