Then you can’t go wrong with a dollop sour cream, some Mexican shredded cheese, a spoonful of diced red onions, and a fresh pile of shredded lettuce.

To finish off your tacos… add a generous spoonful of my Fresh Tomato Salsa Recipe or Easy Salsa Recipe prepared right in your kitchen blender. Or to add a fun flavor twist, I like to add a scoop of my tasty Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw.

What to Serve with Pulled Pork Tacos

So are you wondering what goes well with these tenderloin pork tacos?

Some of my favorite Mexican Side Dishes to serve with these tacos are black, pinto or refried beans alongside some freshly made Rice with Cilantro and Lime. You also can’t go wrong with some Mexican corn, chips and salsa, or loaded nachos. YUM!

How to Store

Pulled pork leftover tacos are always something to look forward to, and this marinated pork for tacos tastes just as AMAZING the next day!

I like to reserve some leftover sauce from the crockpot that it cooked in, drizzle it over the top, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

How to Reheat

When ready to serve, just microwave the leftovers from this sweet pork recipe for 30 seconds at a time (stirring in between) until hot. Talk about one of the Best Meal Prep Ideas ever!
