Cut long 1/2" thin strips against the grain of your Steak using Serrated Knife. (the grain usually runs visibly along the length of the steak)
Then cut long strips into 2" - 3" pieces.
Add steak strips to Crock Pot, spreading out evenly across the bottom. (I used a 5.5 quart Crock Pot.)
Pour 1/4 cup Water over steak pieces.
Cook on LOW for 1.5 – 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
After 1.5 - 2 hours, drain juices from Crock Pot, then pour Lee Kum Kee sauce over steak and stir.
Cook on LOW for 20 more minutes.
Just before meat is done, cook Broccoli per instructions on the bag.
Stir in cooked Broccoli right before serving.
Serve over rice and ENJOY!
