Easy Andes Mint Brownies Recipe! {Just 5 Ingredients}

If you’re craving a tasty brownie dessert in a flash, you’ll love these sweet little treats!

I was at my friend Sarah’s house one evening, and she whipped out the tastiest little treat ~ that’s right… Andes Mint Brownies!  {um… YUM!}

What was I to do??  I had to make some of my very own, and they were gone waaaay too fast, if you know what I mean?!? 😉

Treat yourself and the whole family when you whip up a batch of these scrumptious mint chocolate brownies tonight.  You’ll just need 5 easy ingredients to get these decadent brownies baking in your oven…

Andes Mint Brownies Recipe!

Infusing Andes Mints into this Andes Mint Brownies Recipe is pure genious!

Ingredients

  • 18.3 ounce Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 28 count Andes Mints package {4.67 ounce package or use Andes Mint Baking Bits}

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water to large mixing bowl and stir well until combined.
  • Unwrap Andes Mints and chop into small pieces, then divide pieces equally into 2 small bowls.
  • Add 1/2 of the chopped mints into the batter and stir.
  • Spray 9x13 nonstick pan with cooking spray, then pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 19 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle remaining half of mint pieces on brownies, then bake for 3 more minutes, or until done.
  • Let cool, and cut with a plastic knife when ready to serve. ENJOY!
