Vegetable Oil, Canola Oil, or Avocado Oil

count Andes Mints package {4.67 ounce package}
{Andes Mint Baking Bits can be substituted}
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for glass or aluminum 9x13 pan, or 325 degrees for nonstick 9x13 pan.
Add Brownie Mix, Eggs, Oil, and Water to large mixing bowl and stir well until combined. {about 50 strokes}
Unwrap Andes Mints and chop into small pieces, then divide pieces equally into 2 small bowls.
Add 1/2 of the chopped mints into the batter and stir.
Spray 9/13 pan with nonstick cooking spray, then pour brownie batter into pan.
Bake for 28 - 31 minutes, or until done, and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle remaining half of mint pieces on brownies, then bake for 3 more minutes, or until done.
Let cool, and cut with a plastic knife when ready to serve. ENJOY!
