To start, this blended salsa recipe is a CINCH to make at home. With hardly any ingredients and just a few minutes of prep… your kitchen blender takes over and does the rest. Then, just put it in a bowl and you’re ready to go!
Just make sure you’ve got LOTS of chips handy… because once you start dipping it’s really hard to stop!
Trust me, it will have your family and friends raving and begging for more! Just like when you make my fresh El Pico de Gallo, fruity Mango Pineapple Salsa, and fabulous Corn Salsa Chipotle copycat.
Not so sadly, this wildly delicious salsa has thoroughly ruined me. It’s one of my favorite Homemade Salsa Recipes and I can’t even imagine going back to store-bought jars of salsa again.
And after you make this blender salsa recipe for yourself, you’ll know exactly what I mean…

What Makes Restaurant Salsa Different?

To create one of the best restaurant Copycat Recipes for salsa at home, you’ll want to use a blender or food processor to duplicate that smooth consistency.
Then use fresh cilantro and onions to add the fresh flavors you’re craving.

Hi Margie!
Ro-Tel is a brand of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies added. If you can’t find Ro-Tel, you can just use a 10 oz. can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies. 🙂

What is Ro-Tel? I have never heard of it.
This sounds fabulous & easy, gonna try it! So few inexpensive ingredients, may have to keep some Ro-Tel a staple. : ) My only suggestion since I too love fresh salsa… try adding some lime. Gives salsa a yummy zing & keeps in fresher longer.
Angela

My recipe is very similar. I also add 2 tomatillos to mine. It does not add heat, just more flavor. Thanks for linking to TMTT.
