10ouncesOriginal Ro-Tel*
1cloveGarlicminced
3Green Onionschopped
2tablespoonsCilantro
½small White Onionfinely chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (excluding the Ro-Tel) in a Food Processor or Blender and pulse until well blended.
Transfer mixture from blender into medium bowl, then gently stir in Ro-Tel with a large spoon.
Storage Tip: Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container up to 3 days.
Freezer Tip: Store in the freezer in a freezer-safe container, leaving a little room for expansion, up to 3 months.
