Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix box (‘Just Add Water’ variety)
  • 13.25 oz. Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix box

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
    Boxes of lemon cake and angel food cake.
  • In large mixing bowl, whisk together Angel Food Cake Mix and Lemon Cake Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer mix to mason jars for easy storage. (you can use THREE 16 oz. mason jars, or ONE 32 oz. mason jar + ONE 16 oz. mason jar)

  • When the craving for cake sets in, grab a microwave safe mug and add 3 tbsp. Cake Mix, 2 tbsp. Water, and stir well.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, or until done.
