- Beef Stew Meat
- BBQ Sauce
- Paprika
- Butternut Squash
- Sweet Potatoes
- Baby Carrots
- Zucchini
- Yellow Squash
Crockpot Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 2/3 cup Sweet Barbecue Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 cups Butternut Squash Chunks
- 2 cups Peeled Sweet Potato Chunks
- 2 cups Baby Carrots
- 2 cups Thickly Sliced Zucchini
- 2 cups Thickly Sliced Yellow Squash
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a 4 – 6-quart slow cooker, and place lid on slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 5 – 6 hours, or until meat is tender. ENJOY!
- Optional: Serve over couscous or rice to soak up all of the delicious sauce.
