There’s no need to sacrifice making our homes beautiful when we can decorate on a dime!

Trust me… you really need to try this easy craft for yourself.

These beautiful pine cones add such a wonderful touch to any wreath or garland.  They also look amazing all by themselves!

Snowy Pine Cone Craft Supplies

Here’s what you’ll need to round up before you get started. You may have most of these items on hand already…

  • Pine Cones
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • White Acrylic Paint
  • Epsom Salts

How to Make Snowy Pine Cones

You won’t believe how easy these are to make!

Watch the video above, then check out these simple step-by-step instructions below…

1. First you’ll need to collect pinecones from your backyard or a walk in the woods.

2. Bake them on a foil-lined cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.  This will help kill any little bugs that might be hiding inside.

Pine cones, Epsom salt, white paint, and a foam brush.

3. After they have cooled completely, paint each tip with White Acrylic Paint, then sprinkle with Epsom Salts while paint is still wet.

4. Shake gently to remove any excess epsom salts.

5. After the paint has dried, spray each pine cone with 1 – 2 coats of Acrylic Spray Sealer, and you’re done!

See… I told you it was going to be EASY!
