Coconut Hershey Kiss Cookies Ingredients

It takes just a few simple ingredients to make the BEST Coconut Chocolate Kiss Cookies!

Here’s what you’ll need…

  • French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • Chocolate Hershey Kisses
  • Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • Butter
  • Eggs

How to Make Hershey Kiss Cookies with Coconut

It’s actually SO easy to make Coconut Kiss Cookies!

Here’s what you’ll do…

Mix your Cake Mix, Melted Butter and Eggs.

Then chill the dough in your refrigerator.

Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.

Once cookie dough has chilled, form the dough into small balls.

Roll the dough balls in coconut flakes.

Then bake the cookies in oven.

Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and promptly press Hershey Kiss down in center of each cookie after baking.

Then allow the cookies to cool on wire racks.

Now all that’s left to do is enjoy & DEVOUR!

Hershey Kiss Cookies Recipe

This festive 5 ingredient Hershey Kiss Cookies Recipe will help you create the most adorable little cookies… perfect for any holiday!

Servings: 36 cookies

Ingredients

  • 13.25 oz. Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix (Vanilla can be substituted)
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter (Vegetable or Canola Oil can be substituted)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 36 Hershey Kisses (10.8 oz bag is plenty)

Instructions

  • Combine Cake Mix, Melted Butter (or oil), and Eggs in large mixing bowl, and mix with hand mixer or stand mixer until well combined.
  • Cover dough and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Unwrap Hershey Kisses and set aside.
  • After dough has chilled, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll dough into small tablespoon sized balls, then roll around in coconut and press flakes onto the entire surface of the dough ball.
  • Transfer dough balls to cookie sheet. (do not flatten)
  • Bake on center oven rack for 7 – 13 minutes, or until done. (Note: Bake on the shorter end of the time range for non-stick cookie sheets & longer end of the time range for aluminum cookie sheets)
  • Immediately after removing from oven carefully place a Hershey Kiss in the center of each cookie, and gently push down.
  • Allow cookies to cool on cookie sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to finish cooling, and ENJOY!
