Carrot Cake Cookie Ingredients

You’ll just need a few simple ingredients to make your Carrot Cake Mix Cookies!

Here’s what you’ll need to get on your next trip to the grocery store…

  • Carrot Cake Mix – the shortcut base to these delicious, chewy cookies
  • Butter – vegetable oil or canola oil can be substituted
  • Eggs – you’ll need large eggs for this recipe
  • Cream Cheese Frosting – store bought or Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting!

When it comes to Carrot Cake Mix Cookies, salted or unsalted butter can be used, as the cake mix will have a little salt in it. However, I’ve found that salted butter will result in superior flavor.
