Mango Pineapple Salsa Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds thin sliced or flattened Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
- 8 ounces Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 cup Mango Pineapple Salsa
Instructions
- Add Chicken and Italian Dressing to Freezer Ziploc Bag.
- Place in the refrigerator to marinate, turning and flipping every few hours if desired.
- When ready for dinner {after several hours of marinating, or up to a day later}, remove the chicken from the bag, toss the marinade out, and get ready to grill!
- Grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside {8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees}, or on a grill pan inside.
- Once chicken is done, top with fresh Homemade Mango Pineapple Salsa. ENJOY!
