Ingredients

• 3 pounds thin sliced or flattened Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts fresh or thawed
• 8 ounces Italian Salad Dressing
• 1 cup Mango Pineapple Salsa

Instructions

• Add Chicken and Italian Dressing to Freezer Ziploc Bag.
• Place in the refrigerator to marinate, turning and flipping every few hours if desired.
• When ready for dinner {after several hours of marinating, or up to a day later}, remove the chicken from the bag, toss the marinade out, and get ready to grill!
• Grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside {8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees}, or on a grill pan inside.
• Once chicken is done, top with fresh Homemade Mango Pineapple Salsa. ENJOY!

Notes

To flatten your chicken breast to an even thickness, simply place it between two large pieces of plastic wrap.  Then using the flat side of a meat mallet or tenderizer, gently pound your chicken breast, starting in the middle.
