Notes
Cleaning Fruits and Veggies: Clean your fruits and veggies using my Homemade Vegetable Wash.Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa:
Add 3 pounds of thin slice or flattened chicken breast and a bottle of Italian salad dressing to a gallon sized freezer bag.
Try turning and rotating the chicken in the bag several times. After several hours of marinating in your refrigerator (or overnight) remove the chicken from the bag.
Next, grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside (8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees), or on a grill pan inside. Consider using a meat thermometer to verify the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Once your grilled chicken is done, top it with your fresh homemade mango pineapple salsa. Then prepare for a most delicious flavor fest!
