Last year we went to a fabulous 4th of July party hosted by our sweet friends. There were loads of fireworks, crazy shenanigans, and some seriously fabulous food! And guess what… one of the highlights of the day was the Cream Cheese Filled Strawberries. What?!? Now I love all things strawberry, but this was my first introduction to bite size Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries… and it was absolute bliss with every bite!
Did I mention they’re just 4 ingredients, too? SO easy!! Now I’ve only got one warning for you: you won’t be able to eat just one! Trust me. đ

How Do You Hollow Out a Strawberry?
You can carefully use a small sharp knife, or try a Strawberry Stem Gem Tool for super fast and simple hulling!
How Do You Make Strawberries Stand Up?
So how do you core a strawberry for stuffing? It’s actually SO easy! All you need to do is simply slice off the pointed bottom tip of the strawberry, so you have a nice flat surface for your strawberries to balance on.

Cream Cheese Filled Strawberries
Ingredients
- 12 large Strawberries washed and dried.
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Remove stems and clean out the center of the strawberries using your paring knife or Stem Gem. {my new best friend!}
- Cut off a bit of the strawberry on the bottom. This will allow them to stand up when displaying them on your plate or serving dish!
- In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer cream cheese mixture in pastry bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off. I used a pastry bag and Wilton Star Tip.
- Pipe cream cheese into strawberry centers, and youâre done! Easy-peasy!
