If you’re craving a tasty brownie dessert in a flash, you’ll love these sweet little treats!

I was at my friend Sarah’s house one evening, and she whipped out the tastiest little treat ~ that’s right… Andes Mint Brownies!  {um… YUM!}

What was I to do??  I had to make some of my very own, and they were gone waaaay too fast, if you know what I mean?!? 😉

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs, oil and water {to prepare batter per instructions on the box}
  • 1 package Andes Mints {28 mints per package}

What You’ll Do:

Mix up the batter for your brownies, per the instructions on the box.

Then chop up Andes Mints into small pieces {after unwrapping, of course} 😉  Divide into two small bowls…

Add 1/2 of the chopped mints into the batter…

Bake per the instructions on the brownie box.

About two to three minutes before the brownies are done, sprinkle the remaining half of mints on top of the brownies, then bake for the remaining few minutes.

Let cool, then serve as is… or frost up with some chocolate frosting!  Yum, Yum, and YUM!  ENJOY!!
