2. Preheat your oven, and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

I usually roast about two bags of frozen cauliflower every week!

Simply follow the instructions above, but skip the washing, drying, and cutting.

Roasted Cauliflower Tips for Success

There are a few simple things to keep in mind when roasting your vegetables.

*Make sure your oven is HOT. The key to perfectly roasted cauliflower is a hot oven, so even though it’s tempting, don’t place your cauliflower in the oven until it has been fully preheated to 450 degrees.

*Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent your veggies from sticking to your baking sheet.

*Don’t overcrowd your baking sheet. You want to make sure there is space between florets for the hot air to circulate around each piece, so always use a large baking sheet.

*Roast on the center oven rack. For the best air flow and even cooking, I always recommend roasting your vegetables on the center oven rack.

*Sprinkle on your seasonings. Though it might seem faster to just add your seasonings to the bowl of cauliflower and stir, trust me when I say that sprinkling on your seasonings will make ALL the difference in the flavor. I’ve tried it both ways, and the flavor of sprinkling always outshines like a star!

Roasted Cauliflower Variations

Want to change things up a bit? Go for it!

Here are some of my favorite Roasted Cauliflower variations…

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – Remove cauliflower from oven and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Paprika Roasted Cauliflower – Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon Paprika if you want to add a little color.

Small jars of roasted cauliflower.

How to Meal Prep Cauliflower

Did you know Roasted Cauliflower is the perfect veggie for your Meal Prep, too?

Whether you want to add it to your lunches, and prep ahead for your weeknight dinners, Roasted Cauliflower will be your veggie star of the week!

I actually make roasted cauliflower twice a week, and then portion it out for servings in the coming days. It’s so easy, and saves so much time!

After your cauliflower has cooled down, transfer to small dishes, cover, and store in refrigerator.

I like to store mine in 8 oz. wide mouth mason jars.

Then, I eat one a day later that day for dinner, and then the next three days.

How to Reheat Roasted Cauliflower

It’s actually so easy to reheat your veggies after roasting. Since I Meal Prep my veggies ahead of time, I am always reheating them when dinnertime rolls around!

This is one of my favorite prep-ahead veggies to get dinner on the table fast!

When you’re ready to reheat your cauliflower, here’s what you’ll do…

1. Drizzle a pan with about 1 tbsp. Avocado Oil.

2. Remove cauliflower from fridge and add to pan.

3. Heat on the stove over medium heat until hot and ready, flipping occasionally.

Talk about easy, right?
