This easy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe is THE veggie you'll want on repeat! Seasoned to perfection and perfect for meal prep, it's one of the easiest side dishes you'll ever make! Just 5 simple ingredients and you're done!
12 - 16ozFrozen Cauliflower Florets(or 1 Small Head of Fresh Cauliflower - around 2 lbs)
1 1/2tbspAvocado Oil(use 3 tbsp for Fresh Cauliflower)
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1/8tsp Salt
1pinchBlack Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
If using Fresh Cauliflower, wash, rinse, and pat dry. Then cut into small florets, and discard the main stem.
Transfer fresh or frozen Cauliflower Florets to medium mixing bowl, and drizzle with Avocado Oil. Stir well, making sure all pieces have been coated.
Place Cauliflower Florets on parchment lined baking sheets, leaving plenty of room between each piece so air can circulate around it when roasting.
Evenly sprinkle Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper over florets.
Bake on center oven rack until done and soft, with bits of crispy caramelized char. Fresh cauliflower: Bake 15 - 25 minutes. Frozen cauliflower: Bake 25 - 35 minutes. Times will vary depending on size of florets.
