Lip Scrub

Could your lips use a little TLC? Or have you just been wondering how to fix chapped lips? This all-natural DIY Lip Scrub Recipe will have your lips feeling silky smooth in no time!

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, dry air, wind, sun exposure, and even licking can quickly cause lips to dry out and become chapped.

While pampering those lips with Coconut Oil Lip Balm is always a great idea, don’t forget to include a lip scrub in your beauty routine!

You won’t believe how soft and smooth your lips will feel afterwards!

This Brown Sugar Honey Coconut Oil Lip Scrub works so well on peeling, flaking, chapped, or dry lips by gently sloughing off the outer layer of rough skin on your lips.

How does it work?

Well… sugar is a gentle exfoliant on the lips, Honey adds hydration, and Coconut Oil is an intense moisturizer.

So when you combine all three ingredients, you’ll end up with a power-packed trio to pamper, smooth and soften your lips!

Plus… you’ll save SO much money by making your own lip scrub at home!

I’ve seen lip scrubs half this size selling for around $9.00 at the store. And guess what… this will probably cost you less than 50 cents to make! Plus, you won’t believe how fast and easy it is to make!

How to Exfoliate Lips Naturally

Add all ingredients to a small ramekin or mini mason jar, and stir well until all combined.

Then transfer to a small cosmetic jar.

Now dip your finger in, scoop just a little bit out, and apply to your lips by gently rubbing in a small circular motion. A little bit really goes a long way.

Leave scrub on your lips to do it’s moisturizing work for 2 more minutes, then gently rinse off lips with warm water and a wash cloth, and pat dry.

Be careful not to over exfoliate… lips are delicate, so once a week at the most should do the trick.

Wasn’t that SO easy?
