Buffalo Ranch Pork Chops Recipe
Buffalo Ranch Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Center Cut Boneless Pork Loin Chops {approx. 4 chops}
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
- 1 oz. Hidden Valley Ranch Mix {1 packet}
- 14.5 oz. Chicken Broth {1 can}
Instructions
- Pour Chicken Broth into bottom of Slow Cooker
- Place Pork Chops in Slow Cooker, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
- After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain juices from Slow Cooker.
- In medium bowl, mix together Buffalo Sauce and contents of Ranch Mix packet.
- Pour mixture over Pork Chops, place lid back on, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
