Tear off kale leaves into 1 1/2″ by 1 1/2″ pieces, discard stem. (leaves pieces will shrink up while baking)
Place Kale pieces into large bowl and hand toss with Olive Oil.
Spread out over a baking sheet lined with Parchment Paper.
Sprinkle Kale with Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Powder and Salt.
Bake at 300 degrees for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
Allow to cool completely, then ENJOY!
Storage Tip: After Kale Chips have finished cooling completely, they can be stored for 2 - 3 days in an airtight container on the counter.
